  8. New Business:
  9. Baltimore Trip- Recap
Hugh Smallwood has a slide-show of the Baltimore EMS Boot Camp trip that he will show to the service and to residents of the town this summer.
Hugh also plans to fundraise for the event this summer, so that the trip is not such a drain on the rescue service’s checking account.
Responders that went offered some feedback.
The event really is a boot camp and is very tiring.
They thought that maybe too many people were involved this year and that a smaller group would work better.
It was also suggested that a house be rented or hotels be utilized so that responders aren’t taking up space in other peoples homes for the 5 days.
Overall they enjoyed the experience, but by the end of the 5 days they were very tired.

  11. Katelyn presents an application for membership to the service. It is based off of a membership application supplied by the state as well as one created by the Town’s attorney for the Great Cranberry Island Volunteer Fire Dept.
