  1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:08 pm by Tom Powell.
  2. Review Minutes from 5/11/15
  3. Michael Westphal moves to accept the 5/11/15 meeting minutes as written. Michael Macfarlan seconds the motion. Vote: Yes, unanimous. Motion Passes.

    No news to report. Sam Donald is not present.
    b. Thermostat Relocation Status
    No news to report.

  9. Equipment Purchase
    The GCIVFD discusses the possibility of setting up an account with The FireStore as they are not impressed with IPS as of late.
    Katelyn will look into this.
    Mike Westphal moves to expend up to $850 on tools and equipment from IPS or another vender as detailed in the 4/22/15 IPS quote. Michael Macfarlan seconds the motion. Vote: Yes, Unanimous. Motion Passes.

  11. Tom spoke to Reggie Sanborn to let him know we tabled discussion on the fans.
    Tom also found out more information on the Surry fire engine. He believes that it is not worth investigating further.

  13. a. Katelyn will work on setting up an account with The FireStore.
    b. Katelyn with call NEH Plumbing & Heating again.
    c. Katelyn will contact Josh Gray in regard to the valve cover gaskets on the white truck.
