  1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 1634 by Thomas Powell.
  2. Review Minutes from 10/24/16
  3. Richard Howland moves to accept the October 24, 2016 meeting minutes as written. Michael Westphal seconds the motion. Vote: Yes, unanimous. Motion Passes.

    1 Reimbursement from IVFD: $163.33 for Non Profit Filing

    Katelyn Damon moves to accept the treasurer’s report. Richard Howland seconded the motion. Vote: Yes, unanimous. Motion Passes.

  7. a. 501 (c) 3 Update:
    No Update
    b. GCIVFD Pumper
    12/19/16- GCIVFD Pumper will be in Manset for an 1100 barge. Richard Howland will be on Cranberry at 0830 to take the Chevy out of service and to drain it. He will travel to Manset to accept the new truck and help drive it on the barge at 11. Mark Alley will join Richard.
    c. GCIVFD Smart TV & Router Purchase-
    Tom to work on this.

  8. New Business:
  9. a. OSHA! Annual OSHA training will take place on Saturday, January 21, 2017. A CPR class will be held in the morning of the 21st and at the GCIVFD. We will then break for lunch and resume after lunch for our annual OSHA training in the afternoon at the GCIVFD.
    b. Katelyn has been in touch with Nate Wade of New England Fire Tech & Safety and they have used SCBA for sale. Katelyn will hear back from Nate in the morning with a proposal for purchasing 6 air packs and 12 cylinders for the GCIVFD.
    c. The front man door to the GCIVFD is still leaking. Katelyn Damon motions to spend up to $1,500 to allow Michael Westphal to fix the leaking door. Richard Howland seconds the motion. Vote: Yes, Unanimous. Motion Passes.

  12. Accept and barge out new pumper on 12/19/16.
    Tom to order new TV.
    Mike Westphal to fix main man door.
    Katelyn to make the IVFD meeting available via Skype on 12/14/16.
