I. Call to Order: 4:00 P.M. by Branden Stubbs
Five Planning Board members are present at today’s meeting, which represents a quorum.

II. Review / Approval of Previous Meetings’ Minutes
April 4, 2017: Branden Stubbs moves to accept the meeting minutes with two grammatical corrections. Sally Rowan seconds the motion. Motion approved 5-0.

Land Use and Shoreland Zoning Ordinance, Section 16-D, Procedure for Administering Permits
1. Will maintain safe and healthful conditions

IV. Other Business
Dennis Dever explains changes that have been made to the proposed ordinance subsequent to the DEP review of the ordinance enacted on March 11, 2017. The proposed ordinance also includes restrictions on residential development in the General Development and Commercial Fisheries/Maritime Activities Districts. These changes were proposed at the public hearing for the previous proposed ordinance, but were not included in the document approved at the Town Meeting. General Discussion of proposed changes and timeline for having new ordinance ready for a Special Town Meeting to be held later this year. Branden Stubbs moves to approve the proposed changes to the Shoreland Zoning Land Use Ordinance. Sally Rowan seconds the motion. Motion approved 5-0.
