I. Call to Order: 4:34 P.M. by Branden Stubbs
Four Planning Board members (including alternate) are present at today’s meeting, which represents a quorum.

Build multi-use septic system for three adjacent properties.

An application was filed on December 13, 2017 and determined to be complete by the CEO on January 12, 2018.

Dennis Dever explains the scope of the project. Three separate septic systems (including one overboard discharge system) are being replaced by a multiuser system that will share a leach field on the Longe property. Wood chips locally available will be utilized in place of fill dirt that cannot be readily transported on Sutton Island. The Maine Department of Health has approved appropriate variances for the septic system.
