A resolution has been reached with Dunbar and Brawn for the repair of the siding at the new municipal garage. Dunbar and Brawn has agreed to new nailing, new flashing and acetylene. Approximately $22,000.00 of the contract price was withheld by the Town in response to the attachment method of the siding on the garage. Part of the resolution is to pay half of that amount owed now. This amount is part of today’s financial warrant #16.
