On February 27, 2012, I received a Notification of Intent to Build Application for property owned by Bruce Komusin with the intent of conveying 1.20 acres of land to the Cranberry Isles Realty Trust. (Portion of Tax Map 13 Lot 6)

On March 16, 2012, I received a Town of Cranberry Isles Site Plan Application for the Shoreland Zone for property owned by the Town of Cranberry Isles (road work on the Main Street). The Planning Board reviewed and approved the road work on March 28, 2012.

On April 7, 2012, I received a completed application of the Town of Cranberry Isles Site Plan Application for the Shoreland Zone for property owned by Lincoln P. Lyman (Tax Map 10 Lot 31) for a shoreline stabilization project. The Planning Board reviewed and approved the shoreline stablization project on March 28, 2012.

On April 13, 2012, I received a completed application of the Town of Cranberry Isles Site Plan Application for the Shoreland Zone for property owned by Anne B. Namnoum et als (Tax Map 30 Lot 4), to replace a shed on Sutton's Island. The Planning Board reviewed and approved the shed replacement on March 28, 2012.
