I. Call to Order: 4:03 P.M. by Chairman Steve Philbrook.
II. Review / Approval of April 30, 2013 Meeting Minutes
The April 30, 2013 Planning Board meeting minutes will be reviewed at the upcoming July 08, 2013 Planning Board meeting.
III. Review Application:

The proposed single room gathering space will be set back 75 feet on both the north and south shorelines, creating a conforming structure.

J. Roads and Driveways
Low impact four wheelers and trailers are intended to be used to transport materials. Bangor Hydro trucks have used this road and have had no trouble; there will be no need to beef up the road.

Section XIII, Administration, Permit Application, Performance Standards, Land Use Ordinance for the Shorelands of the Town of Cranberry Isles

1. Will maintain safe and healthful conditions
