II. Review / Approval July 01, 2013 Meeting Minutes
III. Review Application:

Low Density Residential and Resource Protection Districts
26 South, Sutton Island
Remove existing utility room and build a 24’ x 21’ room addition with 12 x 12 screened porch

4 Murch Lane, Great Cranberry Island
• Rebuild rock wall on shoreline
• Replace Porch Room steps with granite
• Replace the main entry walkway
• 1000 gallon propane tank placement with underground gas piping to main house
• Enlarge existing shop to 30’ x 30’
• Repair and rebuild stone wall between the drives to the fence between the drives
• Repair and rebuild stone wall on the south of the main entry drive from the fence to the woods near the turn around
• Repair and rebuild the stone wall from the North gate on the south side of the drive to the Thrumb Cap
• Underground electrical conduit from the shop garage area to the main house
