I. Call to Order: 8:46 A.M. by Branden Stubbs
Three Planning Board members are present at today’s meeting, which represents a quorum.

IV. Other Business (taken out of order)
William Dowling moves to appoint Branden Stubbs as Chairman of the Planning Board. Sally Rowan seconds the motion, with Richard Beal abstaining. Motion passes.

II. Review / Approval of Previous Meetings’ Minutes
February 13, 2018: Consensus of the Board is to table approving the previous meeting minutes until next Planning Board Meeting.

III. a) Review Application

Construction of a 236ft dock.

An application was filed on March 21, 2018 and determined to be complete by the CEO on March 26, 2018.

Courtney Chaplin, representing the Applicant, explains that four families will be making use of the new dock. Two moorings will be required to move, but both are parties who will be permitted to make use of the dock.

Reconstruction of an existing pier.

An application was filed on March 21, 2018 and determined to be complete by the CEO on March 26, 2018.

Roger St. Amand, representing the Applicant, explains that the current pier is built on ledge with piling supports. The replacement pier will be constructed from a barge using granite cribwork and will be five feet longer than the current pier in order to obtain stable ledge support. No construction will take place beyond the median high tide line.
